By installing or playing "Fluffy Fairy Bus" (the "Game"), operated by Moonga Corp.문가코퍼레이션 ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you are a minor, please ask a parent or guardian before making any purchase.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game on your own devices. The Game, its art, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors.
2. Free to play and virtual items
The Game is free to download. Coins, items and other virtual goods are part of the Game and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged outside the Game. Coins earned or bought are lost if you erase game data or uninstall without a way to restore them. One-time purchases (such as "Remove ads") can be restored through your Google Play account.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and applicable law.
4. Ads
The Game shows ads. Watching a rewarded video is optional. "Remove ads" removes interstitial ads, and rewarded videos stay optional.
5. Fair play
Please do not cheat, reverse engineer, modify, or copy the Game, or use it to harm others or our services.
6. Changes to the Game and to these terms
We may update, change or stop the Game or parts of it. We may update these terms and will show the new effective date on this page. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new terms.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer.

"말랑 요정 버스"(이하 "게임")를 설치하거나 이용하면 Moonga Corp.문가코퍼레이션(이하 "회사")의 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 미성년자는 결제 전에 보호자의 동의를 받아 주세요.
1. 이용 허락
회사는 이용자에게 본인 기기에서 게임을 즐길 수 있는 비독점적·양도 불가능한 개인 이용권을 부여합니다. 게임과 그래픽, 소리, 코드의 권리는 회사 또는 권리자에게 있습니다.
2. 무료 이용과 가상 아이템
게임은 무료로 내려받을 수 있습니다. 코인, 아이템 등 가상 재화는 게임 안에서만 쓰이며 현금 가치가 없습니다. 게임 밖에서 양도, 판매, 교환할 수 없습니다. 게임 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 코인과 아이템이 사라질 수 있으며, "광고 제거" 같은 1회성 구매는 Google Play 계정으로 복원할 수 있습니다.
3. 결제와 환불
결제는 Google Play를 통해 이루어지며 Google Play 약관이 적용됩니다. 가격은 스토어에 현지 통화로 표시됩니다. 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책과 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
4. 광고
게임에는 광고가 표시됩니다. 보상형 영상 시청은 선택 사항입니다. "광고 제거"를 구매하면 전면 광고가 사라지고, 보상형 영상은 계속 선택 사항입니다.
5. 공정한 이용
부정 행위, 역설계, 변조, 복제, 타인이나 회사 서비스에 피해를 주는 행위를 하지 말아 주세요.
6. 게임 및 약관의 변경
회사는 게임의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 약관을 개정할 때는 이 페이지에 새 시행일을 표시합니다. 개정 후에도 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
7. 면책
게임은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 게임 이용으로 인한 간접·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 법이 소비자에게 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
